One of the key axioms of politics, is that, if the responsible parties don’t talk about real issues, then someone else will. Nowhere better can this be seen than when it comes to our young men and boys. Those for who so few speak positively, and are instead surround with talk of “male oppression”, “male privilege”, “toxic masculinity”, and other such nonsense. And so a huge dearth of kindness, compassion and understonding has opened up, into which malevolent force inevitably arrive. Into the power vacuum step charismatic charlatans; who speak the words so many boys and young men want to hear, and the rest is history.
