









The glass ceiling is a concept we all know and understand. Be it a ceiling of childcare, of pregnancy, or of workplace discrimination, the glass ceiling is metaphorical boundary to women’s progress through their career.
But whether its within homelessness, addiction, suicide or early death, men are disproportionatley at the top *and bottom* of society, filling both the boardrooms and bus shelters of the world.
So is there a similar phenomenon for why this happens?
