Dear men. Do not allow some social media asshole to define what makes you happy. Do not listen to the TikTok bros who attempt to define your worth by the notches on your bed post, by the number in your bank account, or the car in your drive way. Do not lose what you have in the pursuit of empty promises, or become enamoured by the bombastic rhetoric of social media grifters. There are no short cuts in life. No get rich quick schemes, cheat codes, or magic beans. And it needn’t matter anyway; as the greatest things in life are free. Happiness is not sold in stocks and shares. There is no blockchain for love, or NFT that will laugh at your silly jokes. So what really makes men happy? Is it the private jet, expensive toys, and the seven figure salary, or is it something more wholesome, human, and meaningful? I hate TikTok. I hate the obnoxious influencers who have made it their home. But I must admit the pranks I’ve included in this post showed me a type of unexpected happiness in men that is far greater, more meaningful, and authentic, than anything even the fastest of supercars, or shiniest of watches can give you. It is a prank that shows us the obvious truth that men simply want to be loved, for who they are, just like anyone else. And sometimes they need to be caught off guard to show us. No I do not think men’s happiness lies in material items, money, or the bachelor lifestyle. I think it’s sitting in the passenger seat of the Drive-Thru.
