Out of sight, out of mind, it’s a war fought in cardboard boxes and corner bars, bus shelters and inner city slums. A hidden war of addiction, a war of mental health, a war of life long trauma, of loneliness and of neglect – that too many are losing. So how do we win this war, can we ever?
