Much is said, and misunderstood, about the unwritten dogma of “the bro code”. No. It is not a list of excuses to abuse or assault others, nor does it provide justification for the smearing of women or the barking of misogyny. The bro code is, and always has been, a list of rules around which the bros encourage other bros to be their very best, tips for self improvement, and most of all, the unshakable doctrine to look out for others. To not speak ill of other bros. To not allow bros to harm others. To be there when your bros in need. And to always leave a urinal between yourself, and others.
