Fathers, brothers, sons, uncles, husbands and friends - we all have men in our lives who we love and that we care for.
But what about men as a group?
The giant, faceless monolith that is seemingly always to blame, and can get nothing right.
The group we judge wholesale, by the actions or privileges of a minority.
Any discussion around the painful experiences of this group, or any advocacy for change, often results in scoffs, eye rolls, victim blaming mentality or blind outrage.
‘But we care about men, this is for you too!’
But honestly talk is cheap, and when I look around I don’t know if I see it…
Do you?
