The Value Of Men

Whether it’s the abandoned passengers left aboard the Titanic, the male slaves sealed inside China’s Great Wall, or the fields of lost soldiers buried in Normandy, men’s lives have always been seen as secondary to women’s.

This stems from our sexist gender norms of both female weakness and nurturance and men as stronger, yet coldly disposable.

But does it exist today, and can it be studied?
