The issues of all people are linked. Meaning we cannot solve one without addressing another. For example, the reason why women are paid less is not due to sexism, but largely because of unequal parenting leave.

If men can win equal #parentalrights then women can be free to go back to work, where they can keep earning and continuing their career progression - meaning the #genderpaygap will be closed.
