







This will probably be a controversial post, but please don’t see it as a personal attack on my feminist followers. It isn’t.

No, Feminism is not perfect, nor is any political movement, and sadly the #DuluthModel is far from perfect too. It is one of the reasons why so many men, such as #JohnnyDepp, are ignored as victims.

In a movement that rightly fights for gender neutral language, how on earth is this acceptable? In a movement, that claims to care for abused men and LGBT+ individuals, why is this flawed perspective not discussed?

Our conversation around abuse is deeply wrong and founded in outdated and sexist rhetoric. It must be changed.

Please, this needs a real discussion and awareness, so let’s do that. I won’t allow generalisations of men, women, MRAs or Feminists, or personal attacks. I’m proud of all of you and the positive discussions we have here, let’s keep that going. <3
