We all know men are more likely to indulge in criminal behaviour and are found guilty of crimes about 3 times more often as women are.
But there are now 20 times more men in prison than women.. Why? What are hidden biases within our criminal courts that mean men make up 75% of those found guilty of a crime, yet 95% of those in prison?
