









There are no winners in war, only losers. And this price, as it always is, is paid by those at the bottom.
But not all wars are fought overseas, duked out in new and unknown worlds.
Sometimes the biggest wars ring out in silence, after the gunfire subsides, and the dust settles.
For many, it’s the quiet war of the self.
Out of sight, out of mind, it’s a hidden war of addiction, a war of mental health, a war of life long trauma and a war of neglect, that too many are losing.
