Society seems to accept that men and boys are treated more harshly by the judicial system. We don’t seem to care that they are 20 times more likely to be killed by police. We seem content that millions upon millions of poor, disadvantaged and often mentally unwell men are locked away, right now in prison, where they will likely be raped, addicted to drugs of even killed. Let’s see if we would care more, if it were the other way around..
